We only receive confirmation of successful transactions and do not have access to your full payment details.

Video Files: When you upload videos to our service, we temporarily store them for processing purposes only.

We use your personal information solely for the following purposes:

To process payments and manage your credits
To communicate with you about your account and service-related matters

4. Video File Retention

We value your privacy. Uploaded videos are stored temporarily for the sole purpose of AI sound generation. All input videos and generated output files are automatically and permanently deleted from our active servers within 24 hours of processing completion.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

Supabase: Used for user authentication, database storage, and account management. Supabase processes your email and name for authentication purposes.
Stripe: Used for payment processing. Stripe collects and processes payment information in accordance with their privacy policy.
Fal.AI: Used for AI sound generation. Video files are sent to Fal.AI for processing and are subject to their data handling practices.

These third-party services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

6. Your Rights

Under UK data protection laws, you have the following rights:

Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Right to Rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate personal data
