Foley Studio is an AI-powered service that generates and adds sound effects to videos. Our service uses artificial intelligence to create audio content that can enhance your video projects. This service is designed to assist with sound design and may serve as an alternative to traditional foley engineering services.
The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that the AI-generated audio will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all videos you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your videos solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Generated Audio: All AI-generated audio content created through the Service is owned by you. You have full rights to use, modify, and distribute the generated audio as you see fit, including incorporating it into your videos or other projects.
Service Ownership: The Service itself, including all software, technology, and proprietary methods, remains the exclusive property of Foley Studio.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each AI sound generation consumes one (1) credit token. Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy below.
All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

No Satisfaction Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the AI-generated audio will meet your expectations or requirements. Each generation costs one credit token regardless of the outcome. You are responsible for evaluating whether the generated audio meets your needs before using it in your projects.
Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or defects. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foley Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination by You: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Unused Credits: Any unused credits remaining in your account at the time of termination will not be refunded. Credits are non-transferable and expire upon account termination.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You assume all risks associated with the use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
